Company Details

In November 2009 a new not-for-profit Company Limited by Guarantee with charitable objects was registered in England and Wales Company Number 07088362 and incorporated as Black Park Chapel Trust Limited.

This not-for-profit company was formed with the support of local residents specifically as a vehicle for the project, to help save and preserve the Chapel and its rich history for the benefit of the local community.
